Russel said he was thinking of a healer. Thief is on Joe's list of possibilities. While there are many specialized character types that will help out the party, the other big one is a character that doesn't treat charisma as a dump stat, and picks up some social skills. I fear Zee is none of the above.
A few questions...
Most games allow the selection of two Traits. Joefinder doesn't. Do you want to see traits?
Pathfinder Society is fairly generous on treasure. I'm sort of used to picking up a mithril chain shirt after the 2nd or 3rd run. Joefinder... not so much. Are you a slow treasure guy? I don't care that much one way or the other, but am curious.

I'm thinking of a half orc fighter who rather than having an elven slenderly graceful sort of beauty, has a sort of strong solidly built beauty. She is somewhat sensitive about other aspects of her looks, taking too much towards her mother's side, having virtually no fangs. If she closes her mouth, no teeth even show. This horrible deformation has pushed her out of her home community. Aie Zee Cook Personality and background still taking shape, but of the three options given by the thread title, she's definitely the butcher. (What is the opposite of a vegetarian?)

At the moment, I'm working on a sword and board fighter, a true genius and intellectual by the standards of her home town of Hogshead. I fear she's rather large and very green.
Now if only they taught knowledge skills in Hogshead...

I'll add that the store will be closed on Thanksgiving, November 28th. No game.

I don't suppose your clan pattern is all white?

just a reminder. We ran a significant milestone last week at the end of the introduction plot line, start of the Tempest. We'll want to revisit tonight.

Bob / Jazz here.
Hmm. Multiple choice question. If someone can run really really fast, he also must: 1) have well developed lungs, is able to recover fast. 2) be very very strong. 3) be very very tough. Consider which of the three feels most right to you.
But you might also read through the mortal stunts and see if something leaps out at you. I know he is fast and useful in a fight. Is there an odd non-combat stunt that says something else about what your character is outside of combat?
The other thing is that it might be a long time before we get another point of refresh. Jeremy has been allowing Minor Milestones after every session, but these are tweaks rather than improvements. Significant Milestones are recommended every two or three sessions, but none has been called yet. These would allow skill improvements, but no refresh. One needs a Major Milestone to do the sort of thing you are considering, which means you'll have a lot of time to consider.
Thus far, Jazz has been doing well enough, but we've been fighting opponents with impressive toughness and recovery. Jazz can hit them, but not seriously hurt them. Thus, under the Minor Milestone option of trading Mortal Stunts in and out, Jazz is swapping out Takes One to Know One for Armed Arts. I'm also rewording her Strange Attractor aspect to Attracts Strays. The strays might be puppies, males, bullets or falling wall crawlers.

since i rarely if ever even use my small shield you would be welcome to it Appreciated, but unless it is master crafted or dark wood, it will generate a point of armor check penalty. I'm trying to lighten up Zuliki's load.

Zuliki received a gnome made master craft chain shirt, which will replace a similar quality dwarf customized full suit of chain mail. As a result she will be quicker and more agile, though slightly less well protected. She would be willing to trade in the extra set of male in exchange for a light weight shield, likely a dark wood small round shield.
Also, an index to the Book of Isis would be appreciated.

Hey thanks for the info Blanty I was not sure what level you guys were playing at. Really low level games aren't that fun anyways < limited options and feats> I guess core class play is ok if your a beginning GM and just getting the hang of the game. Let me know if you get a spot open later Joe I might play a beginning character for something to do I guess. You should check out the prestige classes play at higher level is a lot more fun A lot of Pathfinder games are about the character creation, character class and combat system. It's combat for combat's sake. A lot of people have fun with it. I like a game system which emphasizes the personality of the characters, the local game culture, and tries to duplicate the feel of a piece of fiction. I like the emphasis on the characters and the story rather than the game mechanics. Thus, Joe's decision to stay with the more traditional character classes seems to me a plus, even if I'm not exactly new anymore to Pathfinder. It's not exactly about using the game system correctly or incorrectly, it's about adjusting things to fit the style of the game master and players. Sounds to me like you'll be closer in style to the Wednesday night Pathfinder Society gang. Still, the Medieval Starship Pathfinder Society hasn't been active all that long. My highest level character's first run was on June 27, 2013. I've only got to 6th level by showing up nigh on every single week. As mentioned above, we're also breaking in new game masters, so we'll be running 1st level characters for a while. But feel free to swing by and see what we're about.

You might have somewhat better luck on Wednesday nights. We're doing Pathfinder Society. See the Pathfinder Society sub board at the bottom of the Role Playing section. Most to all books and character classes are in play. The players that have been present most often are around sixth level.
Alas, our one veteran Society game master, desiring to play more and game master less (meaning, not all the time) is introducing some new guys to the game master role. The training wheels are on. Everybody is starting out at level one.
I too like to play at somewhat higher levels, but this is the Society...

Umm... Freddie? We started everybody at 1st level. The longest running characters have just hit 3rd level. We're sticking with the Core Rulebook, so the exotic character classes are discouraged. I'm not the GM, but you'll likely have to coordinate with Joe... We don't have any war pigs. We do have a house cat.

I'd just like to get turn sequences straight in Dresden Files. In particular, one of the common occurrences is move and vanish. The vanishing might come from Cloak of Shadows or Glamor. To spot the one who is vanished, one is generally rolling Alertness or Investigation against Stealth.
One time during the last run, we seemed to have an Attack of Opportunity, where Jazz was attacked as she left contact with the She Vamp. I think this was a clear error, that there are not Attacks of Opportunity in Dresden Files.
Sometimes when a move and vanish occurs, the opposition seems to get immediate Alertness tests. Other times, one has to wait until one's own turn to try to spot the hidden character. I don't care much which way it is done, but it would be nice if it were consistent. I think, though, that Alertness and Investigation rolls ought to occur in one's own turn.
At one point, I was asked to make a Discipline roll for moving and maintaing Glamor. Is this unique to Glamor or unique to Jazz? Is it a general rule that one must roll Discipline to maintain supernatural powers while moving? Will those using Cloak of Shadows or other supernatural abilities also be required to make Discipline rolls when moving?
