I'd just like to get turn sequences straight in Dresden Files. In particular, one of the common occurrences is move and vanish. The vanishing might come from Cloak of Shadows or Glamor. To spot the one who is vanished, one is generally rolling Alertness or Investigation against Stealth.
One time during the last run, we seemed to have an Attack of Opportunity, where Jazz was attacked as she left contact with the She Vamp. I think this was a clear error, that there are not Attacks of Opportunity in Dresden Files.
Sometimes when a move and vanish occurs, the opposition seems to get immediate Alertness tests. Other times, one has to wait until one's own turn to try to spot the hidden character. I don't care much which way it is done, but it would be nice if it were consistent. I think, though, that Alertness and Investigation rolls ought to occur in one's own turn.
At one point, I was asked to make a Discipline roll for moving and maintaing Glamor. Is this unique to Glamor or unique to Jazz? Is it a general rule that one must roll Discipline to maintain supernatural powers while moving? Will those using Cloak of Shadows or other supernatural abilities also be required to make Discipline rolls when moving?
