No, no - no dwarf. I decided I wanted to go with someone a little more "persecuted" this time around and few characters get less respect than orks, and few are as feared/hated than technomancers. Of course, its still Shadowrun and I'm still me so I have a killer van. And a Harley.

Hoi chummers,
Rumour has it that on Saturday 7/28 from about 3 - 7, we're going to be running a Shadowrun campaign using Jeremy's rules. Come to the store, make a character, and play. I'm sure he'll have more instructions then.
Just don't make an Ork Technomancer - called it!

Since there's now a forum, I do believe I shall put up some information abotu the LONGEST RUNNING (oh yes, I am indeed proud) roleplaying game at the store. I've been running my Call of Cthulhu campaign since February 2011. The main story is set in a fictionalized South Shore town known as Southwell.
As of July 2012, we are going to be running an adventure set in Victorian Era London, using the "Cthulhu by Gaslight" rules. Also, watch the calendars and announcements for the annual "Lovecraft's Birthday" event.

Woohoo! Tom, hey there. I'm trying to bounce around to all of the posts here and do a little talking. We are indeed open from 12 - 5, rocking the board games of all varieties.

Who?
Jay, Candi, Steve, Zack, and Jeremy are the crew of the Medieval Starship. The third guy though? I heard he's real awesome. Anyhow, they're happy to help you find whatever it is you're looking for at the store.
What?
A game and hobby store in South East Massachusetts. The Medieval Starship sells (to name a few): Magic, D&D, Warhammer, Call of Cthulhu, Models, Paints (GW & Vallejo), Ticket to Ride. We have open tables to play on at any time we're open (and aren't running another event).
When?
Our current hours are: MTWT 12-7, Friday 12 - 10 approx, Saturday 10 - 9, Sunday 12 - 5
Where?
295 Old Oak Street in Pembroke MA, in the Christmas Tree Shop Plaza

1. Keep the conversations and the language civil. Don't assume that just because you're 18, or 21, or 50 that everyone reading the site is. 2. There's a karma system set up on the board. Use it to rank posters, and they'll use it to rank you. Don't game the system. 3. If you do something stupid, expect to get banned for a while. If you do it again, expect to get kicked off. To quote my "namesake" - "I didn't create this network to become a father to fifty-eight whining toddlers". Use your good judgement. 4. Most of all, enjoy yourself. Have a good time, post things, engage in conversation.

Why hello there, everyone...
So, it looks like the forums are back up and functioning after a good clearing of the dust off the old circuits and boards that were hanging around. Encourage anyone who hasn't done so to get back on here and take a look around.
