Paulard and I were dropped off at the Shrine of Solomon. We spent our childhood there with twenty other children.
Falgo, Crakie and I became good friends. Yet Eggo, Pauled and I became the best of friends. Nupo, Servant of the Bringer, was a pain, so we picked on him a lot.
At 18 I was invited to become a full Priest
I find reading a passion of mine. I also write scriptures.
When I became a full cleric I took the name Tiberius the 3rd.
Tiberius the 1st died of a mysterious disease. Tiberius the 2nd liked journals and to date he has written three journals. The fourth journal the shrine possesses of his is incomplete and I have been charged with finding the rest of it. Although Tiberius the 2nd was not much of a writer they are finely detailed.
Our monastery if famous for cheese making and we grow the sweetest pear trees. Erastil has truly blessed us.
I have come to worship Erastil. For his beliefs are what I value the most, Farming, hunting, trade and family. I have taken up the bow as it is Erastils chosen weapon. I hope to excel at it one day for the bow seems to fit perfect into my hands. I love being out in the fields with all the farmers, and I bless the fields in the name of Erastil for which I hope brings a great harvest. I enjoy hunting with my bow knowing anything I catch will benefit all. When it comes to trade the shrine deals cheese, pears and various seeds for our monastery is nonprofit. We take all donations and use them for everyday things, such as keeping the monastery well maintained as well as our supply or weapons and their ammunition ( for we of Erastil use lots of arrows). We also need various weapons to practice with as well as everyday tools. This is where trade comes into play. For we enjoy trading cheeses and pears and seeds as well as other odds and ends.
One of my favorite passions is making cheese. I love making all kinds of cheese. My favorite is Swiss cheese. I am always looking for ingredients and recipes of all kinds. I truly enjoy trading recipes with other people who make cheese.
One other thing we are famous for is bad haircuts. At least that’s what people tell us.
One day, as I was finishing up a block of cheese, Pauled and I were asked to see the Abbot. The Abbott told us a friend of his, Nikar, had asked him to quietly look into some foreboding rumors of the black arts being practiced in the Grey Isles. Nikar is the head of the wizard guild yet is very old and frail. I assume that’s why were asked to be his eyes and ears in this matter. Right before we left the Abbott gave me some items. He gave me a bronze necklace he believes was left for me by either my mom or dad. I also received a magical 1 x 1 cloth (the cloth can make a potion of my spell level). He also gives me a lanyard with wood beads to remind me of humility and my rank and the church.
As we headed out to the Grey Isles by boat we made two new friends. We met a half-orc named Gruel and a gnome named Gristle. On our way to the Grey Isles, we got trapped on an island. While on the island we came to discover that there was a ghost ship. We found clues on a sunken boat we came across while on the island resting in its harbor. They were attacked by the ghosts that came from the ghost ship. As we searched the sunken boat we discovered a solid a small statue and Dwarven ale. We also discovered a hammer head shark (which I have the scar to prove it). The next day we searched the boat for maps. All we found was a blue giant crab. For we never thought to look in to the crows nest. After we were done with the boat we searched the island. We came across the box with alchemy fire. We brought it back to the captain’s boat. After we got attacked by the undead skeletons, we thought it was time to investigate this ghost ship. We had lots of problems on the ship. We fought all kinds of undead. The battle took a bad turn for us but I don’t remember much, for I got smacked around like a rag doll. I was told that three of us got knocked out cold. But before we went down Pauld freed the sprit of the ship that was powering the haunted vessel. As we exited ( more like thrown over the side to the tied dingy we brought) Pauld threw Greek fire on the boat. Also as a side note on the island I discovered Mithril has a magical friend in the form of a pixie.
After we finally escaped the ship, we finished our trip to the Grey Isle. Once we docked we were treated terribly. The legate did not want us on the island. We tried diplomacy which did not turn out well. Finally Sir Pauld remembered the letter we had received from the Abbot, which give us the right to enter this island and we searched it. We discovered the mayor was an evil man. We discovered he invited us for dinner so he could poison us. We also discovered that all the children were forced to go to this orphanage which was run by a demon. The people on the island were cold towards us but once we freed the children from demon they started to warm up.
After we finally arrested the mayor and his wife, we discovered his hidden gold. We brought the mayor and his wife back to Regium where they were put on trial. We had all the evidence against him, for him to go to jai, but as the trial came to the end he was set free. We later came to find out it was the wizard guild that got him freed.
As we spent some time, we did some searching for equipment to bring back to the island. As well as Sir Pauled discovered his family heritage. He also discovered he had aunt living in town. Mithral spent some time at the bard college. I myself spent time with the wizards guild. I learned about the new legate that the wizard guild had chosen for the island.
While we were in town it happened to be the spring festival. Sir Pauled entered the jousting contest and won. I won the cheese making contest, and Mithril lost the singing contest. After Pauled won the contest they decided to put him in charge of the military defense on the Grey isles and his payment would go to his aunt to keep Paulds manor in shape.
Mithril spent time at the bards college. He was learning new songs and learning how to play new instruments.
As a special treat, I get to meet a high priestess of Erastil named “Lana the kind”. She tells me that I must plant this golden shimmering seed in sacred patch of sand, which this sacred spot could be hidden or covered. I must get water from the well and water the seed in this sacred spot. Lana also gives me a healing kit, a wand of healing, and tells me that my magical cloth is the death mask of Father Bernus. This is a magical bag for which I can make a potion of any spell level I can cast, plus it can also make a cure moderate wounds, lesser restoration, or remove paralysis). All my magical items are for the party, nothing special to me except my bag of potion making. Which is better than all there magical items combined for I can change it everyday.
people we have meet
Lana the Kind (High priestess of Erastil)- she lives in Ablie which is about 6 to 8 days by boat.
Father Vestus- High Priest of the Shrine of Solomen.
Nikar – an old man and head of the wizard guild and friends with Father Vestus

Peepo the Fat- Was a corrupt tax collector from Regium three Hundred or so years ago in its heyday. After thoroughly taxing Cranberry and Gris he heard of the local custom of throwing a coin in the moors to placate a legendary dragon. He and his entourage decided it belonged in imperial coffers and proceeded to dig the moors for coin. Berrit The Wyrm disagreed and the odd rusted helmet or breast plate from his entourage is still found in the marsh to this day. Cranberry still celebrates Dragon Day but leaves a piece of pie out for old Peepo's ghost so it dosn't haunt them.
The High Lord of Regium established a bounty of 100,000 gps for the Wyrms death. This was rescinded one hundred years later after the current High Lord realized nobody seemed up for the task except annoy the creature, who then flew to Regium to destroy expensive parts. This culminated in the death a Rune Wizard of significant power named Dark Brite, his followers and the leveling of his tower.
Manfred Stiff-Girdle- Tea’s grandfather on her mothers side. Established Old Hiss Inn and took copious notes about the time in a book that is now a family Heirloom.
Steven the Curious fills me in a little of the story of an arcane faction in Regiums College of Magic,'The Grey Witches", that decided they could run things better than the King or anyone else for that matter. The proceeding bloodbath ended in a treaty known as ' The Truce of the Grey hags" where the surviving members were separately exiled to various remote regions. Four are rumored alive still and one of these was banished to the Grey islands itself. Which one of course is unknown.
Berrit the Black Dragon
Berrit lived in the marsh lands of the Grey Isles. She has not been seen since she attacked Regium 200 years ago.
People use to throw coins into the marsh so the dragon would leave them alone. Nobody knows if she is alive or dead. An Elven prince named Lindist the Fair was the most famous amongst those who went to collect the Dragons bounty two hundred or so years ago. He added to her hoard instead.
Berrit was first seen 1,000 year on the Grey Isles. There was a bounty on the dragon of 100,000 gp. We believe there are tunnels under the marsh as well. Some feel the present demonic cult is working with the dragon but others think it beneath such a great wyrm.
A group form the wizard college sent a party of adventures to destroy Berrit. A wizard named Dark Bright thought he knew which tunnel Berrit would use. So they hoped they could destroy Berrit and get the 100,000gps. But instead Berrit ate Dark bright and his staff as well as the rest of the party. The King thinks Berrit is dead but he is not sure.
Before we leave Regium I meet Lana” the kind”. She gives me a seed tinted in gold color seed which I must plant at the temple from the water from the special well. She also gives me 3 arrows
Arrow of healing (2d8+3), arrow of PFE, arrow of cure paralysis
Return to Regium
Meet the Mortius “the timid” and his wife Gertrude.
Mortius is a wizard of the first level school. To join the second level school he must become the new legate of the Grey Isles. He carries with him a staff with a possum on the top.
Mortius is of a small nobility were his wife is of high nobility
We enter the garden maze were we are attacked by spiders and an Ettercap. Once finished them of we come across treasure at the end of the garden.
1,127gps, 1 gem worth 100gps, 3 gems worth 50gps, 3 potions blur, cure poison, clw
Ivory scroll worth 100gps,with a true strike spell
And mike gets a ring with a stone on it. This stone attaches to mikes scabbard which gives his sword a new ability
Next I must clear out the old temple and the area around it by Lana the Kind. We head out to the temple with the help of Bristal, also known as bear man. We bring axes to clear out the road to the temple. As we get near to end of the road Bristal leaves us to get the bug bears out of the area. This way we can just deal with the witherling. We head out to the shrine to take on the witherling. We come across a dead elf and a spear trap. Then on this elf we find
his back pack, silver dagger, mw leather, 10’ staff (+1)
Next we come across a well were I am grabbed by a statue and held over the well while I am asked 5 question about Erastil. I answer 4 out of 5 questions. Then we are set free but at the same time we are attacked by a giant spider. Once we defeat it we attain the well water. And we also discover a gnome tunnel at the bottom of the well (We will search another time).
The temple
We are attacked by Two giant praying mantises and the Witherling. Once we finish with them, I planted the golden seed in the magic circle and water it from the well water. Once the seed takes hold a Treant starts to grow. We have a quick conversation, it(?) then goes out and starts to heal the land.
After the fight we find
Ring of protection (+2), a wand in Elven (heal mount)
Small box with some type of cloth in it, and 2000gps between gps, gems sps, cps
Back to the village

-Are the four witches something to look into? Such as are they still alive, which islands are they on etc...
-Do we need to look into this cult of Berrit the Black-
What is the deal with the possum on mortis’s staff?
-Should we look for these tunnels under the marsh, which might lead to Berrit the Blacks lair?
-½ elf Women who brought us to Regium- we know that she brought us to Regium for she thought we were in real danger on the grey isles. We believe she was close to Ald.
-We also thought my father was celibate but yet I was born?
-Visit Cranberry
-Deal with goblins and bugbears
Take care of Lazaerth‘s home and wife? Forgot who this is!
These are just my notes fell free to fix, correct, or point out things that I missed, or what I have wrong
