My schedule has stabilized a bit, and I think I can make a Saturday morning/afternoon game. I really enjoyed the crowd playing PFS games at Medieval Starship, and that makes me think I will enjoy other Pathfinder groups at MS, too.
Do you have room for one more? And if so, what sort of character should I bring?

Hi Scott,
When I started this campaign I specifically went low on the player count to enable more role-playing. We also play Sunadys alot and all the players can play one or the other day fairly easy.
I am not willing to take on another player at this time but if things change I will post it in the forum.
Thanks for your intrest,
Joe

Too bad, from reading your posts, I was getting excited about playing with you. Can anyone tell me if there is another Saturday Pathfinder group at MS or nearby?
Or, if there may be enough hangers-about for another Pathfinder table to open up on Saturdays? I have been thinking about running something...

The Sunday group has been struggling to get enough regular players to run consistently. One more might be a big help. You might inquire about stepping in as a GM as well.

Alas,
I work Sundays. I have availability Saturday. In the near future, maybe Tuesday, but the message board says Tuesday is full, too.
Please let me know if an opening happens in your group or if there are enough bystanders to form another group on Saturdays.

Joe's weekend group, sometimes Saturday, sometimes Sunday, has three players: Myself (Ranger Mithril), Mike (The Paladin Sir Pauled), and James (The Cleric Tiberius). As Joe said, the philosophy is to play a small group with known playing styles to encourage more role playing at the cost of less action.
Two of the players in Joe's group run weeknight games. Mike's philosophy on Tuesday nights is similar to Joe's. While there is one additional player on Tuesday, we're again looking for a small group.
James on Wednesday tries to push the philosophy "always room for one more". Some weeks things feel a bit crowded. Other weeks there is elbow room. There are more players, more action, and your best bet to join an established game that regularly achieves a quorum. While Joe's and Mike's games generally have the exact same people every week, in James' game we quietly ignore the fact that the party has a slightly different mix of characters present from week to week. James is also pushing the power level faster than the other two. One tends to get faster levels, more cash and more powerful magic items on Wednesdays. Still, even James is moving up in power level slower than traditional Pathfinder Society games.
Then there is Thursday Night Dresden Files. Not Pathfinder. Not close. Unusual game mechanics and a slow pace. We have spent three weeks resolving a single fight scene, and an entire session gathering spell components for a single spell. Not for everybody, but I like it for the modern urban dark fantasy setting, a distinct break from the classic Tolkien / D&D / Pathfinder setting.
On Sundays playing with Joe's group, I often see the other Sunday group present. On Saturdays, not so much. There is often a 40K game going on Saturday, but there is no Pathfinder GM attempting to organize on Saturday. You might give that a try. Post an intent on these boards to try organizing on Saturday, and see what sort of response you get.
Alas, I'm doing too many games, too much Pathfinder, already. While I wish you well, no way should I consider a fifth once a week game. I'm nuts but I'm not yet crazy, though it might only be a matter of time.
Sorry. Gotta go. Mithril wants to use the computer.

Update!
James has had a schedule conflict come up, and is canceling his Wednesday night game until early September. I've heard Lucas is starting a summer replacement game, but I'm intending to sit out wednesdays this summer. There would likely be lots of room if you can free up Wednesdays.
