Rather than talking about leadership role, I might say a few words about Daisy's self perceived role.
Primarily, she figures she ought to be front and center. Someone should try to stay between opposition melee specialists and our team's spell casters and archers, and that would be Daisy. She isn't particularly stealthy at this point. If stealthy characters are quietly advancing, she ought to hold still to give them a chance at surprise, but at the same time she is reluctant to be left so far behind that they can't get support in a hurry. Once we get into initiative mode, she'll be moving into melee quickly, but whether she'll be fighting offensively, protecting spell casters or trying to create flanking opportunities will depend very much on the ground and the enemy.
While we have a mild surplus of fighting types, most of the others seem to prefer to avoid shields. We have archers, two weapons and two handed weapons. Daisy's first feats are Dodge and Toughness. She sees herself has the best defensive bulwark. If she tries to stand front and center, she figures this gives the more offensive and mobile characters a bit more opportunity to maneuver.
The major problem with her front and center approach is that Bozz's character apparently smells more delicious than she. There seems to be a pattern of single monsters trying to eat Bozz. In such a case, she'd try to head for one flank and hope the rogue can find the other.
Daisy would explain her perceived role, and be willing to listen to other character's roles and how she might tweak what she is doing to provide better support to others.

<<A fourth flavor might be the committee chairman. I think most decisions ought to be made by consensus, if there is no extreme hurry. However, if there is a common feeling that the committee meetings are happening too often or taking to long, we might want to nominate a character who can expedite the procedure somehow. A character who keeps pushing an idea no one else like might be silenced. If something close to a majority is forming, the leader might step in and say that is the method we're going for.>>
I like the chairman idea quite a bit and will accept it if offered. I believe that the group consensus should always be followed. Along with that though I would expect other party members to accept the group consensus as well.
My cleric would be ideal for that in game and is not always anxious to attack anything ..and as a neutral good she can be aLittlemore organized and Bossy when it matters.

This is completely an in Game matter, not an ooc matter. I personally feel like a a party leader has already emerged, at-least there is one my character is willing to listen to at this point. Others have proven themselves mercurial and irrational, it is highly unlikely i will follow them. So lets allow this to play out in char.
Also, you can't expect the leader to micromanage everything. Sometimes a char has to just make a role, like jumping over the river. Remember, just because someone is nominated the leader, doesn't mean he is followed. The choice to murder prisoners, or torture them, could easily lose a leader the respect of his allies.
Let's play this out. Not all of us are role-playing the let's hold hands and work together chars. This party will make an interesting storyline. Let's leave the quest for super-effectiveness out.

I agree with Joe P 100%. As this is not Pathfinder Society, any and all options are on the table to keep the party going in the right direction.
Last session is in the past and a brief meeting of the players will sort out any issues we might have.

Ok All while it was not all to my liking My behavior at the last adventure was less than respectable I have been under allot of pressure in my real life, it was not excusable. I take responsibility for my actions. And ask that we say it was a hick up in a gaming group and move forward but i will sit out further sessions if you think my character is to dis-harmonious to the group

I think the Lizardman thing freaked everyone out but as long as you understand why..A.K.A we all dying, then your fine as far as I am concerned...Most people who brought it up pegged it as a bad day for you.
In Joe Finder I used suggestive nudity, exotic native dances and random assassination attepts on the party to fill in any percieved slow spots..Mike isn't that confortable yet....

Joe With many of my character's I'd be willing to help Mike out, but I don't think anyone is ready for me to play with the opacity dial on Daisy's clothing, let alone attempt an exotic native dance. Maybe on Wednesdays.
